Ask the customer to provide contact data including mobile#. If the customer agrees, enter customer's data using Clover's Customers app.
Ask the customer to enter mobile#. Your staff can also enter the number with customer consent (in person or over phone). Ask the customer to provide mobile opt-in.
Notify customer of order fulfillment
Create new order for the customer. When the order is fulfilled, notify (page) the customer via text (SMS).
