(dba Colligso) which operates a Software As a Service (SaaS) site, https://www.colligso.com and one or more Colligso app(s) that are available from various app markets/stores, collectively referred as the "Site"/"Applications". This privacy policy applies to your use of the "Site"/"Applications" and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Wavelety, Inc. (dba Colligso) include the "Site"/"Applications". By using the "Site"/"Applications", you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

  

Collection of your Personal Information 

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our "Site"/"Applications", Colligso may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase Colligso's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the "Site"/"Applications". We also collect information about merchant's customers from their engagement on Colligso’s touchpoints after obtaining due permissions from the customers as well as the merchants. Examples of the touchpoints include but not limited to guest WiFi captive portal, merchant’s landing page hosted on Colligso, email message, text message, and customer facing screens of point of sale system(s) or payment terminal(s) that are directly/indirectly integrated with Colligso among other things. The information is collected in order to better market to those customers on the merchant's behalf. 

  

Use of your Personal Information 

Colligso collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested. 

  

Colligso may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Colligso and its affiliates.
